We lived in London for a few years before coming back to Sydney to get married and really wanted to have a little momento of our time there on the day. A quick google search led to James who was very responsive and accommodating from the first interaction, he even drove out to our place and took us for a ride in the car to make sure we were happy before proceeding with the booking. He reached out a few weeks before to finalise the details and make sure we had a seamless experience was outside waiting well in advance of the booking time, all read. The bridesmaids loved the cab and we had so much fun enjoying the props and customised playlist (James had offered to organise this ahead of time!). It was a great experience end-to-end and James even went above and beyond and stayed longer than the booking time to make sure we got to our next location shoot! 🙂 Would highly recommend and not hesitate to use James again!

Amazing experience using the black cab for a school formal! Showed up well in advance so all the parents could take photos and once they were off, drove them around the block so they would arrive on time. Boys loved the car and enjoyed using the speakers for their own music and the many props for fun photos. Thanks to the great driver, James, for his help in making an unforgettable night for the boys 😀

You provided us with such wonderful service, and we will definitely recommend you to anyone! I’d like to particularly commend the drivers Jim and Bryan for being so friendly, professional, and accommodating. We were running a bit behind on schedule but they were so happy to stay around for a bit longer just to allow us to have a few group shots with the car. I’ve been in other bridal parties where the driver pestered the newly weds to move on, so do not take for granted the fact the drivers cheerfully stuck around. Our bridal party was full of praise as well. We also had to change the colour of the cabs shortly before the wedding and James attended to it so efficiently and was so responsive.

How amazing is James from London Black Taxi Cab! I run national charity My Wedding Wish – we gift weddings to couples where one or both have a terminal illness. James jumped at the chance to help a lovely young couple recently, going above and beyond to give them a little bit of magic in their otherwise terrifying lives. It meant so much to the couple as they reminisced about a past trip to London – bringing back memories of carefree times. Thanks James, you’re amazing
