COVID 19

We are still operating under the latest government and industry guidelines. The cars will be appropriately sanitised before each booking and all preventative measures undertaken. If you display any symptoms of COVID-19, please advise us prior to your booking. Our drivers reserve the right to cancel a booking should they feel their health is endangered. A full credit note will be issued for any government-forced cancellations.


How many passengers can fit in a cab? 

The classic cabs can carry up to 6 passengers and the current model London Taxi can hold 5.

Can children travel in the cab as well?

Yes, some of our cabs are equipped with anchor points. Child seats can be supplied with advanced notice at no additional cost. Please advise at time of enquiry. How many cabs do you have available to hire? 

We have up to 4 classic cabs available and can supply up to 10 Modern London Taxis.

What is your minimum starting rate to book a London Cab?

$150 for a simple, off-peak transfer
$300 for wedding bookings

But I only want a 11 minute transfer…

Usually our cabs are specially prepared for each booking and we incur considerable costs which need to be covered to make the business viable. In addition to rent, advertising, admin, registrations and maintenance, these costs include paying our quality drivers a set amount for each job, the time and money spent preparing and detailing the cars, fuel, tolls plus travel to and from each booking.

When does the hire time start and end?

The hire time starts at the first pickup time and will expire however many continuous hours past this you have booked for, i.e: A 2hr Hire would be 12pm until 2pm.  Our travel time to and from your event is included in the quote.

Can you take my partner to the ceremony before collecting me?

Yes, we are totally happy to go where ever you wish during the hire period.

What happens if our event takes longer than we had booked for? 

Unless agreed with management, the cab(s) will depart at time stated on booking form as we may have other bookings/commitments following your event. If the cab and driver are available, we charge an overtime rate of $75 per half to be paid on the day.

If the hours we paid for are more than the hours taken on the day, can I get a refund for the extra hours not used?

No, as we have pre booked the cabs for that time.

If we book two Cabs, but only need one for 3 hours and the other for 4 hours, is this ok to do?

Yes, this is fine.

Can you arrange any other vehicles?

Yes. Through our tried and trusted network, we can arrange for most types of vehicles from a vintage Indian Taxi to a New York Taxi to Rolls Royce through to modern, luxury mini buses.

Can you help with other services?

Yes. We are happy to help with most car, event and wedding-related services from printing through to drone photography to gluten-free, vegan cakes.

How much deposit do you require to confirm the booking?

Usually a non-refundable 50% of the total quoted price.

When do we need to pay the final balance by?

4 weeks prior to the event date.

What happens if I cancel after paying a deposit?

Deposit payments are non refundable and cover admin and logistic costs along with reserving the day/time for you at the possible expense of another client. Should you need to cancel due to force majeure, we will discuss with you to arrange the best possible outcome.

If I want to cancel the booking after paying the balance payment, what are the cancellation charges ?

Full and Balance Payments:- 31 days plus before the event 50% of total booking cost, 0 to 28 days before the event 100% of total booking cost. Should you need to cancel due to force majeure, we will discuss with you to arrange the best possible outcome.
