Just want to arrive on time and in style? Our transfer package uses our 5/6 seat cabs and includes up to 1hr hire; time to transfer both partners to the ceremony along with photos at pickup, drop off and possibly on route.

FAQs

I don't know all the details for my wedding yet, can I still book?

  • Yes. We can take a deposit to reserve the car for you and will confirm all details one month prior to your wedding when the balance is due. We also send a checklist in the week preceding your wedding and an SMS with confirmed details on the morning of your wedding as things often change right up until the last moment. We are calm, flexible and experienced to accommodate any changes on the day too. 🙂

How many people can fit in a London Cab?

  • FX4 Classic London Cab = 6 passengers*
  • TX4 Modern London Cab = 5 passengers

*Note: Some of the classic cabs can only accommodate 5 passengers and do not have child seat anchor points. Please specify when booking. We encourage you to view the cabs in person if unsure.

Can children travel in a London Cab?

  • Yes and we can provide 1 x baby seat and 2 x booster seats with compliments*

Can my dog / pet travel with me?

  • Yes! We love seeing dogs at weddings and have water bowls, treats and balls to make their day special too

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

  • Yes, this is no problem and we are happy to go through Hungry Jack’s drivethru too.

How much is it to hire a cab!? / My ceremony is only 5kms away from my house! / I only need the cab for 17 minutes!

  • To make things easy for all, our rates are all listed above.
  • Our starting rates include up to 1 continuous hour which is often enough to transport both partners to the ceremony or transport one partner to the ceremony along with time for photos at pickup and drop off and after the ceremony. Most couples generally book for transfer to the ceremony, transfer to photo locations and transfer to reception.
  • Please understand that whilst you may only need your wedding car for 17 minutes, significant time and cost will be invested in maintaining and preparing the car, travelling to and from your event and paying a quality chauffeur a fair amount. All experienced, specialist wedding car companies usually have what may be considered high starting rates for these reasons and because most couples book for 3-5hrs.
  • We encourage you to read online reviews, speak to vendors and see the cars in person to ensure a good fit.

Do you have any special packages?

  • We offer guaranteed best prices for London cab hire in Sydney already but we have extensive event planning experience and can possibly put together a special package incorporating photography/videography/wedding night accommodation/cakes etc Let us know your requirements and we’ll do what we can to help provide the best solution for your requirements and budget.

Do you have any wedding tips?

  1. Book experienced, specialist wedding operators. You only get one chance at this and you don’t want to be let down by trying to save a few pennies. Read Google reviews and speak / meet with operators. You want to work with providers who are customer-focussed, experienced, calm under pressure, flexible and who you get along with and who want the best for you.
  2. Choose the best photographer/videographer you can afford. Not only will they make you and every situation look great, their images will remain long after the memories fade.
  3. Ask your vendors to recommend other vendors.

  5. Remind your photographer to take pics of the expensive car(s) you have hired and provide them with a list of must-have photos.
  6. Share your runsheet with all your vendors.

I represent x celebrity/influencer/person you have never heard of, can you do $000s of free work for Exposure?

No.

We are sure you aren’t working for free and need money to survive too so please respect small business owners and stop this parasitical practice!

We are very happy to support charities and NFP and people who genuinely cannot afford our services but would like a cab for a compelling reason but want no truck with payment by “exposure”. Thank you!
